Our services

Mink provides branding, graphic design, website design, packaging, illustration and print design services. Website information and portfolio examples are provided for general information.

Project scope, pricing, timeframes, revisions and ownership of completed work are agreed separately in a written proposal or service agreement. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract.

Our work and website content

Website text, designs, images, illustrations and other materials belong to Mink or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may browse our work and share links to our website. You must not copy, modify, reproduce or commercially use website content without the relevant owner’s permission, except as permitted by law.

Client logos, brands and portfolio projects remain subject to their owners’ rights. Their appearance on our website does not give you permission to reuse them.

Using the website

You must use this website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful material.

When sending us files or project information, you must have permission to share them. We may use these materials to assess and respond to your enquiry. Further use is governed by your service agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy, links and liability

We take reasonable care with website content but cannot guarantee it is always complete, current or available. Please confirm project details directly with us.

External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Mink is not liable for loss caused by website interruptions, technical errors or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

We may update these terms, with changes applying from publication. Updates do not alter existing client service agreements.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
